Bush
to Meet With CAFTA Leaders on May 12
According to the White House, President Bush will hold
talks on May 12 with the presidents of Costa Rica, the
Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and
Nicaragua. The Bush administration has recently stepped
up its efforts to win approval for the Central American
Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA). The Central American nations
hope the U.S. Congress will vote on CAFTA in late May
or early June.

that the Government should extradite from the United
States an anti-communist Cuban exile wanted by Havana

after authorities raided a condominium there and found
